1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Enso. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
• Provide accurate information • Maintain account security • One account per person • You're responsible for all activity on your account
3. User Conduct
Do NOT:
• Harass, threaten, bully, or stalk other users • Post hateful, explicit, violent, or illegal content • Impersonate others • Spam or advertise without authorization • Use bots or automated tools • Attempt to access other users' data • Circumvent security features
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
4. Content
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Enso a license to display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
• Free and paid tiers available • Enso Premium: $9.99/month or $89.99/year • Billed through App Store / Google Play • Auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before period end • Manage subscriptions in device settings • Refunds per App Store / Play Store policies • Payment processing handled by Stripe and RevenueCat — Enso never stores your card information
6. Safety
• Use in-app reporting to flag violations • Block users who make you uncomfortable • Collisions (chat sessions) auto-expire for your protection • Mutual consent required before any conversation begins • Contact safety@enso.app for urgent safety concerns
7. Creator & Venue Terms
Users operating in Creator or Venue mode agree to additional responsibilities: Creators: Broadcasts must comply with content guidelines. Audience metrics are anonymized — you will not receive individual follower PII or location data. Venues: Venue dashboards contain aggregated analytics. Staff permissions must be managed by the venue owner. Stripe Connect handles payouts — Enso does not commingle venue funds. Both creators and venues are subject to content review and may have their mode access revoked for violations.
8. Disclaimers
Enso is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for user conduct online or offline. Use common sense and exercise caution when meeting people in person.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion triggers a full data purge within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
